We want you to love your Wobbi™ Montessori Busy Board. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at zenivia.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return process with you, including the return address.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return the item in its original packaging where possible, complete with all parts. Items damaged through misuse, rather than a fault, may be subject to a reduced refund reflecting the reduction in value.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at zenivia.contact@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will offer a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
